Terms of Service

Thrive Coach is provided by Lyonheart AI LLC. By creating an account or using Thrive Coach, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Thrive Coach.

You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. Thrive Coach is meant for people taking, or considering, a GLP-1 medication under the care of a healthcare provider.

Thrive Coach offers general nutrition and wellness information and support. It is not a medical service, doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and doesn't replace your doctor, prescriber, pharmacist or dietitian. Always talk to your healthcare provider about your medication, your dose and any symptoms that worry you.

In an emergency, call 911. If you're thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

The coach's replies, tips, protein targets and meal-photo estimates are generated automatically, including by AI. They can be incomplete or wrong. Use your own judgment, check anything important with your healthcare provider, and don't rely on Thrive Coach for decisions about your medication.

Keep your password private and the information you enter accurate; the app uses it to personalize what you see. You can delete your account at any time from Profile, which deletes your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please don't:

• Use someone else's account, or let others use yours.
• Try to get around safety steps, limits or security, or access data that isn't yours.
• Use the coach for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Thrive Coach is currently free. We may change, add or remove features, and we'll tell you before we start charging for anything. The service is provided "as is" and "as available": we work to keep it accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or suited to your particular needs.

To the extent the law allows, Lyonheart AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of Thrive Coach, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top, and for important changes we'll ask you to agree again in the app before you continue.
